At Russell’s Tube Forming, we provide innovative roll forming solutions for tubing with thicknesses ranging from thin wall to heavy wall tubes. Roll forming services are offered for forming tubes with thicknesses up to 0.065″. Our specialty lies in the roll forming of tubing to produce large radius rings and coils. Tubes with diameters ranging from 1/8″ to 3 ½” can be handled by our roll forming services. In addition, we also work with tubing made from carbon steel, 300 series stainless steel, and 4130 alloy steel.

Equipped with one of the largest selection of bending tooling inventory, we can complete your jobs within short turnarounds. Custom tooling to roll form parts with unique geometries can be produced as well in our machine shop. Some of the parts that we have previously formed from tubing include grab bars and tubing for furniture manufacturers.
